Daily Duties at World Market Center:
Responsible for all executive administration duties to the CEO, expense reports, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, daily reports and personal needs. Assisted in the creation of the Tenant Manual for new and existing tenants. Was promoted to the Las Vegas Design Center Coordinator and was in charge of all the design center showrooms in all three buildings that consisted in over 70 showrooms as well as, having the three hostess’s report to me. Worked closely with the VP of Leasing, Operations and Director of Events to maintain all aspects of operations, coordination of events, reports, leasing arrangements, travel, construction and needs of each showroom manager and owner.
