Daily Duties at Eni Technologies:

• Principal Mechanical Engineer in 400-employee firm packaging Radio Frequency (RF) electronics for the semiconductor supply industry. • Held functional responsibility for all Mechanical Engineering related tasks within the company and trained other engineers to perform stress analyses, thermal analysis, and shock and vibration analyses and to write plans for and execute developmental and qualification tests. • Worked in Research and Development group on advanced cooling techniques. Supervised technicians building prototype water cooled heat sinks for high reliability/ high power density electronics. Performed fluid flow / pressure drop and heat transfer analyses. • Held position of Project Manager for a small footprint multi-electronic-box modular unit through R&D Phase and into Manufacturing. Project resulted in production units sold in unprecedented volume because the unit reduced the need for expensive fabrication clean room space by approximately 80%. Introduction of this product directly contributed to an increase in market share over the company’s main competitor
