All Accounts Receivable activities, reconciled cash daily, credit card processing, verified sales orders daily for sales tax status, processed weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, tracked daily sales for commission, prepared workers comp claim, record keeping for OSHA, reports for union shop, journal entries through out the month, prepared and posted month end closing entries with financial and sales reports to upper management in one day, prepared and filed sales and use tax for multiple states, annual business and workers compensation renewal and w/c audit, assisted with the purchasing of new software the company and help implement the system.
