Reviewing the processes of Account Payable from daily tasks to weekly to write the procedures for the for the department. Making recommendations to spread the amount of invoices for contributor throughout the week vs. once a week. Change the procedure for vendor set up. Change internal invoicing to clarify who the payee is. Created a list of vendors with account numbers to use for quick reference to reduce time searching the g/l coding.
