I.P.S.L. PLANNING AND FIELD EXECUTION DEPARTMENT (NOVEMBER 2007-JUNE 2008):  Was fortunate to experience two planned plant Turn arounds (TAR), three unplanned plant Shutdowns, and Four months of Plant operation at the Methanol Division(Mx), where Project Management based activities were carried out; Ensured smooth job executions by emphasizing the need for proper communication and safe work practices. Organize bidding for jobs and services from numerous companies to enable unhampered plant operations. Ensuring routine Preventative Maintenance checks were done. Arranged general housekeeping to guarantee a safe working environment. I.P.S.L. MECHANICAL – ROTATING DEPARTMENT (JULY 2008-DECEMBER 2008):  Was privileged to be part of the Plant construction and commissioning activities at the Ammonia, Urea Ammonium Nitrate, Melamine Division (AUM): Hosted a team of technicians, acquiring data for commissioning of rotating equipment throughout the AUM complex, which include; pre alignment, final alignment, grouting, base plate leveling, soft leg allowance, vibration allowances, pipe strain allowances, rotor thrust, rotor clearances, over speed trip, seal flush arrangement and many other specifications. Created rotating equipment pre-commissioning checklists, Mechanical completion checklists, Job hazard Analysts, Pre Start-up Safety Records. I.P.S.L. CONDITION MONITORING DEPARTMENT (DECEMBER 2008-PRESENT):  Joined the inspection force with the Rotating section of the Condition Monitoring Department, while simultaneously working with the Engineering and maintenance mechanical rotating department. Quality and reliability of the rotating equipment were ensured using various monitoring practices, which include, Vibration analysis, Laser alignment, Rim and Face alignment, Reverse Dial Indicator alignment, lube oil flushing, Speed balancing, acoustic analysis, temperature trending etc. Joined the CMI Department, full time, inspecting both static and rotating equipment. Making certain that the design requirements were met for; Drums, reactors, columns, exchangers, filters, cooling towers, reformers, tanks, piping, supports, civil structures, pumps, motors, turbines, compressors, fans, blowers, agitators, mixers, conveyors etc. Ensure all vessel internals are properly installed for instance proper loading of support screens; hold down gratings and liquid distributors while loading columns and reactors with packing and catalyst respectively. Giving all round assurance that the plants will have minimum problems that could hamper startup.
