Daily Duties at Level 3/Vyvx:
Directed 24x7 Customer Care Call Center and Video Network Operations teams. The teams accepted the incoming calls and delivered services to major broadcast clients for video distribution. The clients were CNN, ABC, ESPN and all major networks for live and non live broadcast distribution. Managed the teams with Six Sigma Principles which achieved World Class Customer Results.
