Reviewed/analyzed loan requests involving funding, curtailments, secondary financing, assumptions, partial releases, maturity extensions, modifications/workouts and offer recommendations to senior management/lender/investors/regulators on all local transactions. Performed intensive loan monitoring for loans designated by lender/investor or servicer when not meeting standards. Provided loan servicing on loans returning to a performing status after bankruptcy, default or workout. Reviewed loan documents. Monitored and oversaw payment of taxes and insurance. Monitored and administered the posting of irregular payments.
