Handled calls, emails and faxes from Commercial Real Estate, Multi-Family Lending, Investor, Commercial Bank and Small Business Administration loans initiated by credit managers, relationship managers, internal employees and platinum loan customers. Researched and resolved escalated issues pertaining to: Escrow, Insurance, Pay Offs, Transaction Processing, Loan Resolution, Billing/Arms, Tax/Reserves/Casualty Loss, New Loan Set-up, Post Closing, Cash Operations.
