•Prepared month end closing; performed general ledger and bank account reconciliations; managed inter-company transactions; and month end journal entries. •Reviewed/oversee Accounts Payable and bi-weekly payroll (included payroll tax, commission, bonus, 401k deduction) processing to insure payments recorded accurately; and developed integrated systems that promoted Accounts Payable operational efficiencies. •Prepared daily balancing reports based on loan principal/interest payments, charge off, and other related fees to top managers; calculated loan payments receipt and insured funds properly/accurately transferred to the Trust. •Worked with Operations, Database and Dealer Relationship groups to ensure exception resolution; and prepared daily/monthly funding summary reports to ensure loan amounts correctly. •Filed property tax/quarterly sales tax returns; monitored/managed fixed assets and roll-forward reporting. •Analyzed/maintained accrued interest report for various pools of funds and loan portfolio management. •Performed ad hoc analysis for monthly deferred revenue and provision net revenue; and entered revenue adjustments in accounting systems and monitored AR aging reporting. •Monitored/managed daily cash flow and responsible for monthly financial statements package preparation. •Prepared quarterly/annually auditing schedules for internal and external auditors. •Participated in various team related activities to ensure proper controls of company assets and compliance with company policies.
