Daily Duties at Accent Marketing:

I provided Regional technology management support to multiple onshore and near shore call centers and was responsible for multiple Aspect ACD systems, security systems, and Cisco Infrastructure support systems. I partnered with the facility general managers to monitor and maintain division performance guidelines.
