Daily Duties at Government Of The District Of Columbia/ Transportation Dept.:
Oversaw strategic planning and analysis of financial resources to maintain efficient and consistent operation of Washington D.C. Metro Area Transit System. Liaised with Associate Chief Financial Officer to effectively evaluate WMATA’s operating and capital budget environment. Delivered critical advice and recommendations regarding all aspects of capital planning, operating budget development, and execution. Developed strategies and documentation for 6-year Capital Improvement Plan, Transportation Improvement Program, and the Constrained Long Range Plan. Cultivated and managed critical interagency relationships. Prepared and submitted in-depth annual reports and recommendations.
