Maintain all production standards, insure accuracy of inbound freight, handle all freight claims and proof of delivery, manage all HR functions, develop 6 salaried managers, insure effectiveness of outbound routing, follow up with all customer service issues, hold vendors accountable to company standards, maintain safety standards, utilized (AS400, routing systems, WMS, IMS, all MS applications), develop and maintain budgets and P&L, equipment certified on all warehouse machinery, follow up on all maintenance functions, ensure accuracy of all inventory.
