Attend bid walks,estimate and submit competitive bids,generate SOW,Order materials,ensure all jurisdictional reqierments are met IE: special Inspections, FAA, singage, pre construction walks with crews and SUBs,manageed job site safety plan,quality controll, managed labor cost, change orders,managed all close out documentation for employer and customer, solved any problems during construction
