Joined PGM to enter into metal trades. Quickly progressed through assembly, secondary-operations, and presswork to CNC operation. Continued training and excellence led to role on new product development team. In new product development designed, programmed, and set-up manufacturing processes for both short-run and long-term production in a fast paced job shop environment using a combination of manual and automated equipment on a wide variety of materials for many different industries.
