 Delivered high levels of productivity and competitiveness to an extensive client base through exemplary professionalism and customer service.  Conducted contract research projects for pharmaceutical/fine chemicals companies.  Accomplished and transferred all customer projects successfully.  Worked on asymmetric reduction of unsaturated organic compounds from early catalyst screening to process and development.  Provided technology transfer/process for multi-kilogram synthesis of targeted products.  Worked on customer projects that resulted in multi-kilogram catalyst sales.  Involved in the development of new technologies for organic asymmetric synthesis, providing scientific results that supported generation of a patent and publications.
