Daily Duties at Intouch Solutions, Inc.:
Manage(d) client relationships, high-end budgets and online brand activity for multiple pharmaceutical brands. Manage internal account, design and development teams to meet client expectations and goals including acquisition, retention, treatment regimen compliance, customer relationship management program development, rebate/voucher coordination, disease education/awareness. Provide high-level counsel for holistic digital strategy to clients while also coordinating the day-to-day project management: agency/vendor partner coordination, timelining and expected milestones, SEO/SEM, design and development of end product, internal customer review process (medical, legal, regulatory reviews), metrics/analytics, QA/QC, and IT coordination for launch. Launched dozens of online Web properties (branded and non-branded) as well interactive tools and applications: iPhone application, patient-focused “e-detailing,” product reimbursement calculator, USB/flash drive sales tools. Collaborated with cross-functional agency vendors to support all aspects of brand activity: consumer, professional, database management/fulfillment, PR, advertising, media.
