Daily Duties at Fidelity Investments:

Field customer phone calls pertaining to retirement accounts including 403B, 401K, and 457, benefits, client websites, and payroll. Assist customers and clients in performing various financial transactions and file sharing such as, Exchanges out of one fund and into another, changing which funds their future contributions will invest into, update contribution amount, calculate loan amounts and payment schedules including interest. Being an expert on plan knowledge and IRS guidelines to ensure customers were making wise decisions and within the law. Deescalate upset callers, reset passwords and guide internal employees to correct websites and platforms.
