Daily Duties at Fidelity Investments:
Check daily recording schedules to ensure all agents were being properly recorded. Prepare phone calls for legal issues and management review. Setup new users to access phone recording database and ensure they possess the proper level of security. Prepare and run reports for all levels of management and Quality teams. Conduct team meetings ensuring streamline functionality across all sites and systems and discuss any current technical issues and fixes. Describe phones calls relating to retirement, pension, benefits and HR. Setup and ensure successful installation of new applications on employees computers. Run and analyze complex reports using Microsoft Query, Excel, Brio, and EDMS.
