Daily Duties at Carrollton Specialty Products Company:
Plan, organize, staff, contribute and build a team to excede the customer's expectations (Hallmark cards)while improving the productivity and profitability of the company. We were awarded Hallmark's quality excellence award and as a result were asked to construct the Christmas Portfolio for the President of the United States. We successfully improved productivity through continuous improvement methods and creative thinking by 30% plus and thus improving profitability an even greater %. Many of the productivity and quality improvements were adopted by the customer's own plants. Hallmark was forced to take their higher labor jobs to China which brought an end to our company of 200+ people.
