Direct support of network infrastructure for hotel owners and staff. Experience troubleshooting Windows, Mac, and Linux in a secure Unix and Cisco environment Experience with on the fly configurations to accommodate network and hotel infrastructure changes. Technical advisor for Tier 1 support and support for Tier 3/ NOC.
