Daily Duties at Wandering Wifi:
Configuration of gateways and access points for deployment. Responsible for remote installations and maintaining connectivity to locations through remote access and ISP troubleshooting. Handling incoming and outgoing calls to both endusers and clients, and ensuring positive customer experience. Experience troubleshooting Mac OSX, Leopard; Windows 2000, ME, XP, Vista; Linux OpenSuse and Ubuntu. Responsible for overnight reporting and analysis.
