Daily Duties at Iris Wireless:

• Process and procedures creation and implementation, using PMBOK processes for SMS/MMS hub provider. • Liaison with customers, vendors and groups across the organization including outsourcing partners. • Tracking project issues and facilitating resolution using the SDLC methodology. • RFP and RFI creation and response. • Successful management of multiple software based product launches. • Initial Call Center and NOC build including the training of agents and staff. • Coordinating and leading project meetings to facilitate timely project execution. • Full life cycle development of software, web based products including Kiosks, POS, and new commercial offerings. • Technical RFQ, RFI documentation. • Manage external and internal production schedules, commitments and product launch dates. • Service Level Agreements and Scope of Work documentation. • Establishment of the strategic direction for the PMO. • Creations of processes and procedures for the NDC and customer service agents.
