Achieved Member Satisfaction scores from fifty client credit unions over 95% in 2007 and 2008. • Significant savings with credit card strategy for 1-credit card with five reward levels, eliminated 4-cards. • Increase business loan production by 40% implemented e-Bank2Business commercial loan platform. • New Target Account Strategy resulted in two signed billion dollar client institutions within 6-months. • Developed strategy to improve consumer loan member service, results 2500 funded/mo. within 48 hours. • Created strategy for Statewide Realtor Network coupled with home buying and inspection services. • Streamlined loan processing strategy reduced turn time by 15%, increased fundings to over $500 million.
