• Managed operations of four stores, supervising four managers, three assistant managers and 27 partners / staff • Coordinated payroll, benefits and human resources issues • Planned and organized store openings, set ups, hiring and local marketing plans, administered all benefits information and employees records, reviews, discipline actions, and compliance with all state, federal work laws. • Directed districts in Virginia, Cleveland and Washington, D.C. Performance and Accomplishments: • Generated revenues of over $15M and community activities generating $40M • Consistently ranked #1 for revenue, shrinkage and profitability • Successfully opened 12 highly profitable stores in upstate New York, crisis managed operations in numerous states
