• Directed the operations of up to 18 stores with volume ranging from $1M-2M per unit and district ranging 10M-40M including budgets, staffing, training, managing margin efficiencies, controllable contributions and profitability goals • Setting up outside vendors and contracts in support of store operations • Managed community relations and business relations programs in the Pittsburgh market • Peer mentoring, developing store managers within the district • District Manager of the Year for 2004 and 2006, ranked #1 nationwide for outstanding customer service - 2005 • Increased store volume from $7M to over $30M per district • District ranked #1 or #2 for sales growth, year over year comp sales and transaction growth • Pioneered the development of Coffee Tasting Kit , and outside sales plans, that were adopted on a national level • Redesigned Shift Leader Development Program ultimately adopted by Starbucks nationally • Mentored 12 Assistant Managers to qualify for Store Manager and one Manager to District Manager
