Daily Duties at General Motors Corp:

Responsible for providing business system support for all GM Certified Used Vehicle programs for each division. Worked with Business team, GM Information Systems Group and vendor (Digital Motorworks, Inc. an ADP subsidiary) to capture and document business requirements, develop deployment plans, pass release tollgate reviews, deploy new application enhancements and conduct UAT. Coordinated with ad agencies and internal GM organizations (GMCRM, OnStar, and XM Radio, GM Warranty Management, GM Service Parts Operations & GM Product Problem Resolution group) to acquire and share customer data for direct marketing needs. Conducted special analyses and support as required by Certified business team and other internal GM groups.
