Daily Duties at Motorola:
• Directed all activity leading to successful completion of up to 40 simultaneous high-visibility projects throughout the territory (Washington, Oregon and Hawaii). • Provided the equipment and systems integration services for the first cellular phone system covering all of the Hawaiian Islands. • Managed all phases of the hardware and software upgrades for customer telecommunications switching facilities culminating in “nationwide dispatch” functionality. • Created and managed department budgets totaling $12 million and developed annual forecasts. • Guided teams up to 30 engineers, installers and managers to complete projects within set timeline.
