Daily Duties at At&T Mobility:

Provides leadership in project management, financial reporting and project execution for the West Region Network UMTS Implementation Team for AT&T Mobility • Directed the Radio Network Controller (RNC) expansions across markets meeting launch goals and accelerating completion date by six months from original forecast. • Led a cross functional project team in successfully completing multiple migrations of the Alcatel-Lucent (ALU) RNC from the ALU Serving GPRS Support Node (SGSN) to the Nokia Siemens (NSN) SGSN platform. • Managed the deployment of numerous Nokia and Nortel GSM BSC Projects. • Establish monthly management revenue forecast and reporting for West Region Network Planning and Engineering group. Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the management team. • Track, monitor and review MSN/DACS projects for the west region, participating in the review and action plan process.
