Provided vision and direction to over 100 state programs within the State Dept. of Health. Directed 300+ professional and administrative staff. Managed a $25 million budget to support direct medical services, community health eduction, professional licensing, epidemiology and disease control, and environmental health protection. Developed strategic plans and goal setting, and led the restructuring of programs ans services to maximize efficiency of governmentally run services.
