Daily Duties at Wi Department Of Transportation:
Executive strategic leadership for all aspects of IT. Appointed to lead all aspects of the IT function for the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation which consists of the Wisconsin State Patrol, the Division of Motor Vehicles, the Division of Transportation Systems Development and the Division of Transportation Investment Management. Includes overall responsibility for IT Strategy, Technology Delivery, Service Delivery and Technology Project Management with full accountability for $35 million budget and over 200 staff and contractors.
Develop strategic relationships with Department Leadership, assess legislative impact on technology needs and deliver effective technology services to the internal department customers and the citizens of the State of Wisconsin. Develop partnerships across state agencies to provide technology reuse and synergies between the IT organizations of all State of Wisconsin Executive Agencies. Elected to the Executive Committee of the State Wide IT Directors Council.What they like about Wi Department Of Transportation:
