Daily Duties at State Of Nebraska:

In addition to my ongoing job listed (Dep Dir of Dept. of Institutions), Gov. Nelson and Lt. Gov. Nelson included me as an adjunct staff member to design and deliver multiple interventions on their behalf with state agency directors, including a leadership development program for the top 600 st. agency managers, transitional program for merger of five state agencies merging into three, offsite leadership retreats for the Gov's Cabinet, and multiple individual agency OD interventions. At the same time I lead the state's inpatient health care system, worked double time.
