Daily Duties at Merryland Investment Co.:

I managed a 448 unit community. At least 50% of the property was occupied by Corporate companies and specifically Price Waterhouse Coopers who occupied a total of 209 units at all times. I conducted Introduction, Public Speaking and Welcome Meetings with their new students at least 3 times per year. This property was 100% occupied for five (5) consecutive months during the course of my Resident Property Manager position. It also realized a positive Net Cash gain of just over $262,000 in 1997 and $176,000 in 1998 making it one of the most recognized and awarded properties in the Area Portfolio. I recieved bonuses of 8% of the total net gain for each year as well as a $500 bonus each month just for meeting the budgeted NOI. My team members also recived the year end Net Cash bonus based on a percentage of their total income for the year.The required skills and experience were the same as other Property Manager positions.
