Daily Duties at Depomed Inc.:

 Raw materials testing and method development.  Method development and validation for analysis of drug product and API.  Write cleaning verification protocols for manufacturing equipment train.  Perform cleaning verification (LC, TOC and Colorimetric methods).  Write stability protocols.  Conduct stability studies for drug product.  Instruct staff in the use of analytical equipment and associated software.  Instruct staff in cGMP guidelines within the laboratory environment  Coordinate with contract laboratories for raw materials testing and stability studies.  Extensive experience with HPLC, GC, GC/MS, LC/MS, KF, FTIR, pH.  Work with and coordinate projects with QA, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Formulations departments  Help with internal and external audits.  Oversee staff of two persons
