Daily Duties at E Loyalty:
Key responsibilities are to deploy these solutions meeting project objectives for schedule, budget, scope and quality. Interfaces with client management team to insure clients are aware of progress and issues that might arise. Taken a team approach to translate the solution into well defined tasks duration, resources and financials. • Managed deployment of eLoyalty propriety Command Center Solutions (ECCS) and Cisco Unified Communication solution to AAA AutoClub production environment • Planned and coordinated UAT of ECCS under budget • Oversaw development of users guide, integration guide and technical support documents
