Daily Duties at Rbc Dain Rauscher:
Direct and remote support of 300+ end users in over 20 branch sites throughout the New England area. • Administration of NT user accounts and Exchange accounts / mailboxes. • Troubleshoot and effect repairs of networked and local printers. • Troubleshoot and effect repairs of workstations, either remotely or locally. • Establish and maintain remote user connectivity via Citrix. • Work closely with vendors to troubleshoot and maintain 99.5% uptime of 3d party software. • Migration of users, data and computers to RBC desktop model (WinNT to W2K).
