Responsible for migration to Windows 2000 environment. Contract. • Introduced DSL/Broadband as WAN solution and Internet access. • Configured and installed W2K Server and Professional to client (W98 & W2K) machines. • Configured and installed Norton Anti-Virus Corporate Edition as Anti-Virus solution. • Implemented user policies • Configured and remotely (via third party) installed client software to international office. • Upgraded corporate web presence, look and function. • Re-trained users on new applications and OS (instant messaging, email).
