Deliver exceptional customer service to Federal government employees. Quickly respond to customer inquiries both telephonically and in writing. Maintain high level of knowledge of the federal government benefit products. Document all customer contact in a complete and timely manner. Respond to all audits in a complete manner and apply corrective actions quickly. Received annual customer service excellece awards based on performance against federal government standard for each consecutive year served in this position.
