Daily Duties at Capital Blue Cross:
Develop strategic marketing plan for federal government account. Provide direct input into the department budget to support marketing activities for the federal government account. Coordinate efforts with claims and customer service departments to assure consistent high level of service to members is provided. Developed cross-functional team of indivdiuals that focused on the unique needs of the federal government account as well as the rules and regulations surrounding the administration of this contract. Received strategic marketing award within 1st year of the position. Assisted the claims and customer service areas in enhancing their performance levels that yielded their awards of customer satisfaction, claims accuracy and financial management.
