Observed various court proceedings for criminal and civil cases in municipal, county, district and juvenile courts, as well as administrative cases involving motor vehicle and excise and licensing issues. Other duties included obtaining discovery from the district attorney's office, assembling criminal files, performing legal research, obtaining documentation on administrative hearings, and assembling disclosures, exhibits, witness notebooks and other documents for civil proceedings. Lastly, to schedule mediation appointments as needed for clients.
