Supervise all operations of a service based business at two retail locations in telecommunications and security. The company served as an independent broker for various popular wireless telephone companies, messaging companies, and security companies. Clientele includes business, government, and individual customers. Consult with customers to determine their requirements and then design a service program from the provider that best satisfies those needs. Duties also include inventory, programming, data entry, demonstrations, accounting, and following up to resolve problems. Coordinate convention booths, trade shows, fairs and other public gatherings to promote business and service growth. Performed and organized training for new employees and continuing education for existing employees. Wrote and maintained policies and procedures.
