Gather and document business requirements for system development. Obtain project sponsor approvals and signoffs on project plan and financial committments. Present project status to executive level management. Coordinate IT development to assure that it is meeting the technical specifications. Perform system testing of delivered technical solutions to validate that is meets technical requirements and customer specifications. Develop system documentation for end-user training. Conduct initial training and ongoing support for end-users. Provide call center triage and service for on-going maintenance and user support. Maintain information database and data dictionaries to allow future system changes and enhancements.
