Provide overall project management services for NASCO at their client CareFirst BCBS. Daily activities include: identify project scope, issues and risks, develop detailed project plans, lead cross-functional teams (including matrixed employees), provide detailed documentation and specifications, monitor task completion and report status. PMBOK, Lean-Six Sigma and SLDC methodologies are used.
