• Program Manager responsible for complex transitional research and development project with the U.S. Air force Research Laboratory and NASA as primary customers. • Hold a Top Secret clearance. • Program Manager/Site Manager for a $10 million annual program that produces sensors to monitor, search, track and characterize space objects. • Supervised over 50 technical employees, worked directly with customers to meet contractual requirements and executives to meet company expectation. • Improved reliability to produce 99% up time. • Technical performance of all programs on company site, (program is a networked world-wide system that using telemetry and encryption to transmit information to customer and command and control center. • Developed and managed all subcontracting plans for program, including deliverable items, and contract terms and conditions
