Daily Duties at Cynergydata:
As manager I assisted in the daily operational support, collaborated on company hiring, establishing goals/standards for processing requirements, develop department policies/procedures and personally launched and lead the due diligence team in the annual review of ISO/Agent. Partnered with our cash advance providers and Risk Department to minimize losses by conducting in dept analysis of Merchants financial stability and enforcing e-commerce merchants to follow set processing parameters. In total 12 direct reports with a total down-line staff of 25 individuals. Additionally I personally trained full underwriting executive partners.
