Daily Duties at Tru Green:

 Manage a route to ensure all customers received quality service in a timely manner.  Chemically treat lawns for improved color, growth, and any turf damaging insects.  Follow safety guidelines set by both the company and industry to ensure proper and safe application of chemicals.  Respond to service calls, made by both customers and other route managers, to address any concerns or issues  Advise customers of both beneficial and non-beneficial services to help improve lawn health and help reduce cost to maintain lawn.  Face to face as well as telephone interaction with customers to ensure quality of service and expectations are met and exceeded.
