Daily Duties at Caelum Unitec:

 Held an Interim Secret Security clearance.  Install and remove software on users’ laptops and desktops.  Troubleshoot any software or hardware issues for users.  Research ways to correct issues and improve performance.  Relocate equipment to various locations for users.  Rebuild computers with new software so that they may be added to the network.  Setup scanners, printers, and other computer equipment for users.  Install new hardware, if needed.  Work independently as well as in a team environment, both supervised and unsupervised.  Face to face as well as telephone interaction with users to provide and ensure quality service.
