Daily Duties at Caelum Unitec:
Held an Interim Secret Security clearance. Install and remove software on users’ laptops and desktops. Troubleshoot any software or hardware issues for users. Research ways to correct issues and improve performance. Relocate equipment to various locations for users. Rebuild computers with new software so that they may be added to the network. Setup scanners, printers, and other computer equipment for users. Install new hardware, if needed. Work independently as well as in a team environment, both supervised and unsupervised. Face to face as well as telephone interaction with users to provide and ensure quality service.
