Key role in a startup company. I brought in just under 900M in work to start the company. Teamwork to create and build a thriving company that was on the leading edge of the digital graphics and print business. Established streamlined workflow proceedures, and company goals. Built yearly business to 1.5 mil and brought in new areas of revenue to keep the company more viable to the changing environment. I coordinated (thru teamwork) the scheduling, production, and workflow proceedures to provide the highest level of quality.
