Daily Duties at Future Domain (Now Adpatec):
•Provided support for All of Future Domains product line of SCSI controllers assisted customers with setup, upgrading and maintenance in all PC architectures from Microchannel to PCI. I resolved over 60 issues a day in addition to maintaining our technical support fax system. Possessed and utilized a working knowledge of various operating systems such as Windows NT, Novell Netware versions 2,2 -4.1, OS/2, DOS, Windows 3.11 for Workgroups and Windows 95. Also did QA for SCSI products and trained several Technical support reps.
