Daily Duties at Don Ray Drive A Way Co.:
Coordinated and processed day to day activities at the corporate office for the following departments, Federal DOT Compliance and Safety. Handled all vehicle damages from five terimals across the USA, this included cumminaction with our driver to ensure all accident information was collected at the scene, submitting and following all insurance claims until closure, documenting each situation to the manufacture and customer, responsible for ordering all replacement parts and coordinating all repairs with the chosen repair facility. Weekly conference calls with all terminal managers. On call to assist all drivers with any issues after they had been dispatched.
