Daily Duties at Stran Technologies:
Spearheaded marketing & sales initiatives in order to double sales in 3 years. Led the staffing of key positions in order to raise-the-bar in customer satisfaction and compliance; re-evaluated supplier agreements, initiated production monitoring and helped implement QA programs (ISO-9001, AS-9100 and MIL-STD-790). Created teams to institute changes to corporate processes; established new corporate identity through changes in product literature and website development, instituted a new marketing plan to upgrade corporate reputation in making high-quality assemblies. Provided corporate leadership and direction, having 3 reports, successfully establishing new customer bases. Generated proposals and SOWs, negotiated fixed-price and IDIQ multi-year purchasing agreements and established NDAs. Facilitated multi-level communications between owner, management and sales force. Won development contracts for unique fiber optic connectors and electrical & fiber cable assemblies from US Navy and Army customers.
